Fees and Pricing
Do you charge on a per-person basis?
While we do not charge extra per guest, we do have a maximum occupancy per unit.
Do you require a security deposit?
We require a refundable $300 security deposit for most units. Our larger units require a refundable $500 security deposit.
Are there cleaning fees?
Cleaning fees vary by unit. For stays over seven days, the cleaning fee is waived.
Can I clean the house to avoid a cleaning fee?
We do appreciate your willingness to clean, however, we cannot waive the cleaning fee. This is to assure that each cleaning is consistent and that each renter has the needed supplies upon arrival.
What time is check-in & check-out?
For our studios and one-bedroom units, check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For two-bedroom units, check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
What are the check-out procedures?
Please start a load of linens in the washing machine before you leave. Also, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle. This ensures that our cleaners can have the unit ready in time for the next tenants.
Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs?
If the unit is available, we will always accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the units, on the lanai, or on the greenbelt. Smoking is only allowed in the parking lots.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund outside of thirty days of your reservation. Within 30 days, we offer a 50% refund. A full refund is issued if we can rent the canceled dates.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
For your privacy, we do not provide daily housekeeping. If you would like, we can arrange mid-stay cleans. Mid-stay cleans are free if you stay for 21 or more days.
What happens if I forget an item?
Give us a call! We would be more than happy to send it to you.
Who do I call if there is a problem?
We are available 24/7. Feel free to call at any time. We can be reached at (925) 348-5820 or (925) 588-5642. We also have on-site caretakers who will be able to come to your unit if needed. Their names are Anita, and Linda Your check-in sheet will have their contact information on it.
Do you supply beach equipment?
We do supply beach chairs and towels, but we do not supply umbrellas or snorkel equipment. However, we do recommend the Maui Dive Shop in the Shops at Waile. Here you can rent snorkel and scuba gear. You can also rent boogie boards. They can be reached at (808) 875-0333
Do you supply baby equipment?
No. There are numerous baby rental stores in the area. They can even deliver items such as high chairs, pack-n-plays, cribs, etc. to your unit before you arrive. We prefer Akamai Mother’s Rentals. They can be reached at (808) 298-1336
Do I need to sign a rental contract?
We will provide you with an electronic rental agreement that we require to be signed before your reservation is confirmed.
Do you have a concierge service?
We partner with a concierge service that is free for you to use. They can obtain tickets to events for you, set up an itinerary, or serve as a point of reference for any of your other needs. For a fee, they can even buy all your groceries and have them in your unit before you arrive. Upon your request, we will provide them with your email to have them contact you.
Is there beach access?
The complex has private access to Keawakapu Beach. The access is located at the main pavilion.
Is there pool access?
There are four public pools located throughout the complex.

A vacation rental feels more like a home and is more intimate. You have your own kitchen, washer and dryer, and it is typically much cheaper than a hotel!
